Please note that at the moment we only deliver in EUROPE. We don’t deliver in: Danimarca, Canarie.
All deliveries are made with global package delivery company DHL. The orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of DHL can be read on www.ups.com.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 in the morning.
Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since DHL is not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Please be also aware that even orders within Italy that are placed on Thursday afternoon will arrive at the delivery address after the weekend in general.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
European Union: 1-5 working days (standard). As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the DHL tracking number to follow the status of the delivery. If you choose an express delivery the timing is 1-2 working days.
However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out.
Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside European Union orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.
The Luxury Development Srl shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.
Please note that orders with more than one item might be delivered from different warehouses. As a result you could receive more than one parcel.
Orders that come from different warehouses will be processed as fast as possible, but there might be short delays.

The Free Shipping is only available in Italy for all standard deliveries.
From time to time we run worldwide free shipping promotions. To be notified by E-Mail, simply sign up to our newsletter. Please be aware that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order in the payment section.
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.
The return is free of charge, which means that we are going to pay for the pick-up/sending back of your items.
Luxury Development Srl is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods the way you received them and be aware that we will not accept items without their tags attached.
Please be aware that the return of shoes will not be accepted should they show signs of wear or not be returned in the original designer box. We advise you therefore only to try out shoes on a carpet.
Returns of underwear are accepted, provided that the tags are attached on the items. Please try them on over your own underwear.
Delivery of damaged/wrong goods
Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods are going to be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. You will have the possibility to choose the reason why you are sending them back directly in the return-form.
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.
Please note that we have up to 15 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.
Of course we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 14 days, in fact:
refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.

You may return to our warehouse goods with which you are not satisfied within a period of 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order).

All shipments in European Union are not subject to import charges.
Collini Milano ships to European destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis.
This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.
The price you see is the price you pay.
All shipments outside European Union may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
