SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1.1 GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship to selected countries and regions. Available destinations are defined at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy via DHL or equivalent international couriers.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (9:00 – 11:00 AM CET). Orders placed after this time or during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


1.2 SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Indicative delivery times after dispatch:

  • Italy: 1–4 working days (Express) / 3–5 working days (Standard)
  • European Union: 2–8 working days
  • Other selected countries: 5–8 working days

Free shipping is available depending on the destination and order value, as specified at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.


1.3 DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.


2. ORDER INFORMATION

2.1 SHIPPING ADDRESS

You may select a shipping address different from the billing address.

2.2 ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


2.3 PACKAGING

Orders are packaged in Collini Milano garment bags, boxes or dustbags depending on the product.

All shipments are made in neutral outer packaging for security reasons.


2.4 SHIPPING INSURANCE

All shipments are insured against theft or accidental damage until delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery or signing with reservation.


3. DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders may be shipped on either a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis depending on the destination.

  • Under DDP, taxes and duties are included in the final price.
  • Under DDU, taxes and duties are charged upon delivery.

The applicable method is indicated at checkout.


4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

4.1 RETURN POLICY

You may return items within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returns are free of charge.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


4.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS

Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned with the original box.

Underwear and swimwear must be tried over personal underwear and returned with the hygiene seal intact.

Hosiery can only be returned if the package has not been opened.


4.3 RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please use the dedicated return procedure available on our website or contact Customer Care.

Returns are processed within approximately 7 working days after receipt at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are only possible for the same item (size or color).


4.4 REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Estimated timing:

  • Credit cards / PayPal: up to 5 working days
  • Bank transfers: up to 10 working days

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

Currency exchange differences or bank fees are not refundable.
